Scratch Brewery/Facebook Southern Illinois is almost Kentucky, so it’s not hard to believe that they are taking that influence into their beer and spirits craft. Scratch Brewery is a good example of quality beer in a great atmosphere. The food is awesome, too. This is the place to go after spending a day in the Shawnee National Forest.
