Pennsylvania is certainly a gorgeous state with a great variety of terrain: mountains, hills, fields, cities, anything you could imagine. (Except maybe desert. We do not have deserts.) Pretty much anywhere you go in our state, you’ll find something cool to photograph.. But I thought I’d compile some of the best photography locations, just for your convenience.

  1. The Pagoda in Reading

  1. Lockridge Park, Alburtis

Lehigh Valley, PA/ Flickr The abandoned architecture at Lockridge provides an austere, dramatic backdrop for your photographs.

  1. The Duquesne Incline in Pittsburgh

  1. Jim Thorpe

Chris Connelly It might not come as a surprise that the place colloquially known as the “Switzerland of Pennsylvania” is also exceedingly photogenic.

  1. Fallingwater in Fayette

Phil Romans/ Flickr Fallingwater is one of the greatest modern architectural wonders in the world, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. It is by far one of the coolest buildings in Pennsylvania and perfect for photography.

  1. LOVE Park in Philadelphia

  1. The Cathedral of Learning & Heinz Chapel in Pittsburgh
