Kentucky can be a very exciting place to grow up, depending on the area you happen to live in. Most people think there’s always something to do in the city. It is the same way in the country, just on a different level. My parents were country folk, and we lived in a rural location.

  1. Movie Theater

Herrick Those who grew up in the country sometimes wish we had theaters like bigger cities. We tend to have movie rentals instead of movie theaters, which, compared to an IMAX just isn’t the same.

  1. Other Than Kentucky

Wiki Growing up we often hear so much about places like California, Paris, and such that we dream of visiting there. Beaches in particular are a big draw.

Wiki When the tallest building you see is around 3 stories, you often think about what the view is like from the skyscrapers in the city. The Ferris Wheel can be the closet you get to that for years.

Realistically, Kentuckian thoughts aren’t going to be much different than any kid growing up.
