If roughing it in the outdoors isn’t quite what you have in mind when it comes to relaxation, then the park also has charming campsites right on the beach! Sleeping anywhere from 30 to 150 people, the camps are great for families or special occasions where you want to spend a unique vacation out on the water. With decks leading down to the water, the camps provide a great place for you to hang out in the water and enjoy catching some of our famous blue crabs! The park has six cabins as well as a campground filled with improved sites, where you’ll also find two comfort stations that are located within the park. Nearly one hundred campsites here are equipped with electrical hookups and water for RV’s, as well as offering sites for good old tent camping. Recently the park has gained attention once again for re-opening their cabins that were originally built back in the 1980s but were destroyed during Hurricane Katrina.
