That might explain why there are so many incredible waterparks to choose from here. Last summer, we published an article covering most of these fantastic parks. This year, we’ve got some more to add to the list, although we may repeat a few just to make sure we cover as much of the state as possible. If you’ve been wondering where to take the kids or hoping for a unique activity that will endlessly entertain your friends, look no further. These waterparks are here to offer good old fashioned summertime fun.

The building of this recreational facility began in 2000, and since then has been entertaining families from near and far. The Evelyn Alexander waterpark includes a 38-ft waterslide for the adventurous folks, and a shaded swimming pool and sitting area for those who just feel like kicking back. There’s also a water purifying system so the swimming water is gentle and clean.
