There’s plenty of options whether you’re looking to take in glittering views by the bay, or hit up the city for streets lined with glowing rowhomes. Take a romantic holiday stroll through glimmering gardens or drive-through joyful archways. Grab a Thermos of hot cocoa and put on your winter cap because here are the most merry and bright places to check out!

- Annmarie Garden in Lights, Dowell
Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center / Facebook The Annmarie Garden in Lights located at 13480 Dowell Rd is open until January 2nd. This quirky walk-through includes mythical creatures, pirates, and even dinosaurs!
- 34th Street, Baltimore
Angi English / Flickr Here in Maryland we have our very own Miracle On 34th Street! Located in the Hampden neighborhood in Baltimore, this stunning street is famous for it’s magical presentation almost straight out of a movie. Make sure to visit before it ends on January 1st.

Lights on the Bay / Facebook You can visit Lights on the Bay at Sandy Point State Park now through January 1st. In some sections, the twinkling Christmas lights are reflected in the Bay. Simply dazzling.
- Winter Lights Festival, Gaithersburg

Now through January 3rd you can walk through hand carved ice sculptures and zip down the ice slide. The ice is kept at a chilly 9 degrees so make sure to bundle up!
