With over 1220 beds, Friley residence hall on the Iowa State University campus is one of the largest in the country. In fact, most ISU students have at least one story about getting lost in its massive network of windowless corridors.

It doesn’t look creepy today, but Iowa State University housing was home to the man who famously tortured, murdered, and cannibalized 17 boys and young men. Jeffery Dahmer spent four years of his youth here.
