They talked Mr. Butler into following them to room 552, where they eventually beat him to death. Mr. Butler’s ghost has haunted the hotel’s fifth floor ever since.

She became very lonely and hung herself from the chandelier. While her wedding portrait hung in the Crystal Ballroom, several guests noticed a gray figure in it. This figure was her husband. He had returned to find her.
