I don’t know about you, but when I was growing up in Portland, there were some neighborhoods that I would fantasize about living in. You know, the ones with the gorgeous homes in the hills, where the most well-heeled residents lived? My real estate envy has since become more practical, but I thought it would be interesting to know, just for fun, which cities are the very richest in Oregon. So, here goes.
