Cities are really nice due to the conveniences that they afford, unfortunately THEY are usually not affordable. So, I have compiled a list of the Top 10 affordable, yet, still great places to live in South Carolina for you.

There you have it guys, the top 10 budget-friendly, but great places to live in South Carolina. If you hadn’t guessed, the way these were ranked was the cost for a nice 3 bedroom/2 bath home. Real estate seems to be a big factor in how towns and cities rank on cost. Did any of these surprise you? I ask that because there were one or two on here that surprised me. I wouldn’t have thought that some of them were as budget-friendly as they are.
