In Georgia, some cities take this average and multiply it…by a lot. Here are the most statistically sinful cities in the state of Georgia:
- Damascus, Georgia: 66.23 vice businesses per 10k people

The stats are high, typically because the population is so low, coming in at 302 people in 2015. But that does mean that you can count on those 302 people having a grand old time.
- Monticello, Georgia: 11.45 vice businesses per 10k people

However, most of the travelers to Monticello visit primarily because of the historic buildings, like the Jasper County Courthouse.
- Lumpkin, Georgia: 8.224 vice businesses per 10k people

Just kidding, the population in Fort Gaines comes in around 1100, which makes it fairly high for the statistical side of things. It’s a beautiful city, however, despite the staggering stats, as it sits on a 130-foot bluff overlooking the Chattahoochee River and the plains of Alabama.
- Darien, Georgia: 5.772 vice businesses per 10k people
