Guests have reported seeing children running around, faucets turning on by themselves and ghosts in hallways. It was the first bed and breakfast in Savannah. The home was built over the burnt ashes of a home destroyed in the Great Savannah Fire of 1889. In a renovation in 1987, construction workers found the bones of a previous boarder, and ever since guests have reported seeing a man in a top hat walking around on the roof, strange noises and rushes of air without any plausible cause.
