This historical state park is home to the Niagara of the South, and possibly the most epic waterfall in Kentucky. The serene scene is well worth making a trip for. Both the waterfall and the surrounding park area perfect examples of the Bluegrass State’s beauty. Not to mention, the Falls are a great place to escape from the rest of the world and just absorb nature for a while.

The area is incredibly peaceful, overflowing with the serenity of nature. It is a perfect place to sit, relax and just absorb the environment, forgetting any woes you might have. The Cumberland Falls were sacred to many of the Native Tribes that traveled these lands, and once you visit, you will understand why.
