One a world famous bar that was known for its signature drink, the Golden Cadillac pictured here, and the bartender’s habit of cutting off the neckties of any patron who walked in with one, Poor Reds fell into disrepair and was closed for several years. They contacted this individual and brought the restaurant out to the Sierra Nevada all the way from Philly.
