Everyone from Rhode Island knows that the people of the smallest state travel freely outside our state borders. The issue is not that we don’t have our own fantastic attractions in our own state, as Little Rhody is filled with gorgeous parks, beaches, and so much more! We’re simply working with less territory than everyone else and can drive across our whole state in less than an hour. We so often outsource our joy that there are many places we claim as our own and have completely forgotten that they’re actually located in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Here are 8 places that are perfect examples!
- Mystic Aquarium: Mystic, CT
