Al’s #1 Italian Beef/Facebook You go to Al’s for their great Italian beef sandwiches, but you’re selling yourself short if you don’t get the fries. They are super crispy and we won’t judge if you dip them into the beef drippings.

Paradise Pup/Facebook Who knew Des Plaines has one of the best restaurants from which to get fries? Only Guy Fieri and the millions of people who watch him at home. But yeah, they have some awesome fries–three layers, to be exact. Really, they could be their own meal, but you best be getting a hot dog along with it.
