Texas A&M Transportation Institute’s Urban Mobility Scorecard, published in 2015, ranks 370 urban places in the U.S. Some of our beloved cities made the list.
Here’s how nine cities in the Palmetto State fared in that report.
- Charleston - North Charleston

The average commuter here loses 40 hours per year to traffic delays. The value of those delays, in terms of both time and fuel cost, is a whopping $1,047.
- Columbia

- Myrtle Beach

- Greenville

Florence
