We’re all about small town living in Indiana and are proud to have some really amazing tiny towns to show off. In the Midwest, we like to take life slowly and savor every moment. These 11 teeny tiny towns in the Hoosier state sure live up to that motto!

- Patriot
wikimedia Patriot is a tiny Indiana town in Switzerland County that has a true Hoosier spirit. This town has been through fires, floods, and other devastation, but keeps pressing on, like true Hoosiers. This town is only 950 square miles and has 209 total residents.
- Macy

- Buck Creek
wikimedia Originally dubbed Transitville, Buck Creek can be found in Tippecanoe County. This town is little but busy, with a major grain elevator, popular community center, and two churches. You’ll find just over 200 residents here.
- Stinesville

- Monterey

- Pine Village

- Riley

- Merom
Ken Ratcliff/Flickr Nestled in Sullivan County, Merom is a gorgeous little town. You’ll find the former Union Christian College, Bluff Park, and an amazing cafe here. You’ll also find 226 Hoosiers calling this tiny place home.
