Let’s face it, Mississippi isn’t exactly known for being among the nation’s healthiest states. In fact, it’s the opposite. The Magnolia State has consistently come in last place in studies like this one by America’s Health Rankings. However, we decided to focus on the positive and, with the help of County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, put together this list of the healthiest counties in Mississippi.
