My favorite part of October has always been getting to pick out pumpkins with my family and carving them into our own delightful decorations to put outside. You could pick up a pumpkin at any old store, but what’s the fun in that? The best way is to head out to a real pumpkin patch and pick your own the old fashioned way.

North Dakota has some great pumpkin patches across the state that you can visit to get your own pumpkins for this year and enjoy a day out in the crisp autumn air.
