Autumn brings with it a plethora of seasonal activities: haunted houses, hay rides, corn mazes, apple orchards. But pumpkins are like the king of fall. They have lattes and breads and pretty much any kind of food item named after them, pumpkin patches are packed, and people get creative and carve them into all kinds of jack-o-lanterns. However, no one can top the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular that takes place in a Louisville park every October.
