  1. Shepherdstown

  1. Lewisburg

  1. Cheat Lake

Town of North Hills North Hills in Wood County has a population of 826. About 53.5 percent of the town has a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Plus the other people who live there can’t exactly spend all their time staring at cell phones while their brains waste away. Those aren’t allowed.
